Correspondence. When you contact us by email or messaging services such as WhatsApp, we keep the content of that correspondence, the address or number it came from, and related delivery metadata, so we can respond and maintain an accurate record of the conversation.
We do not collect payment card details through this website, run third-party advertising trackers, or sell personal information to anyone.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, prepare quotations, arrange sourcing and shipping, maintain our business records, and — only where you have asked us to — keep you informed about products relevant to your project. Correspondence may be processed with software tools that help us organize conversations and draft responses; a member of our team reviews outbound business communications.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate — hosting and email infrastructure, messaging platforms (for example Meta, when you contact us on WhatsApp, whose own terms and privacy policy also apply to that service), and freight or logistics partners when needed to fulfil your request.
